Excellent Service by Simar! I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to Simar. She was incredibly friendly, and professional. From helping us choose dishes to making sure everything was perfect, her service truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it clearly showed in how she treated every guest. She’s a real asset to the team. And also, whoever made our food, Thanks to them as well.

We had a lovely meal. Vegetable samosas, shrimp pakora, butter chicken, lamb curry, and garlic naan. The shrimp were huge and delicious. We ordered the chicken and lamb medium spice, and they were not too spicy, very good. Our server was friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Location is a bit hard to find as there is a small sign I almost missed. We have tried their food at two different times, and they do a good job. The best part as their BUTTAR. Chicken didn’t have old meat in it. It actually freshly cooked meat in the butter chicken. we also ordered Shah Paaner. Their fish is good as it’s not too thick, battered. Garlic were great, so were their onion cultures, which are fully stuffed, and had no spices in them, which is actually perfect for us ! Inside the restaurant. It was nice and Open friendly service. Good food.

Found Himalaya by accident but wow!! Had vindaloo curry with veg pulao rice and nan, omg the flavors were mouth watering, had a little party happening in my mouth lol!! Thanks you Simar for the great food and wonderful service!! Price was great too..

Recently tried Himalaya Indian Cuisine for the first time. The food was very flavourful and the atmosphere was good. However, the service was extremely poor. We had to request a second menu since they only gave us one. Additionally, servers were not very friendly, they do not come back to your table after serving you. We wanted to order dessert and despite making eye contact with a few waiters to get their attention, they avoided our table completely while seating others in the same area. New customers be aware, you have to pay at the front, they will not come back to your table to give you a receipt or ask if you need anything else. Personally, I don't think I would dine in again due to the poor service, I hopes the management looks into this. For now, I would probably order take out.

Today I visited this restaurant with my family. The staff treated us very well, especially Sukhpreet, who served us very nicely. Their food was very tasty, but the dry Gobi Manchurian was exceptionally delicious. Whenever I come to Abbotsford, I will definitely come here to eat.
